This is Not a Cheesesteak

I wouldn’t say subs so much as feeble attempts as cheesesteaks. Top: get that fungi out of my steak, I know it’s optional to some folks here in Philly, but it’s a never for me. Not to mention it’s using red onions which is a no-no and a copious amount of peppers, no. Bottom left: those veggies need to be chopped. The bread is all wrong. Bottom right: this one looks passable but there’s something wrong with the bread and the onions also could afford to be chopped.
