Steak Ums are only used when making them at home, simply because you can use them in a frying pan and not a flat top.
Ehhh, I’m still inherently against ‘em. I don’t make cheesesteaks at home for many reasons. I guess because they’d turn out so bad and then I’d have to make fun of myself on my own blog.
