Philly cheese steak arrives in a soft bun and smothered with melted cheese. The only inconsistency is that the beef comes as seared steak cubes, and not the tender beef slices I enjoyed on my last visit (a crucial component of a Philly cheese steak sandwich”— Kristin

Well, Kristin, there’s a whole lot of inconsistency going on there. Soft bun? No, it should be an Italian roll, or something that comes close. What kind of cheese is that? I’m willing to bet it’s not provolone… and it’s definitely not American or whiz. Not to mention, there’s far too much cheese. As I’ve said before “Let it breath!” Steak cubes? You were right about that one. What’s that red thing sticking out though? Red bell peppers are not legit at all.
