No, no, no, no. If you’re going to make a meatless cheesesteak do not use a heaping of fungus. Start with Seitan and work your way from there. I approve of your use of provolone but I do not approve of it encasing your protein and veggies like some sort of dairy blanket. Mix it around while it’s still melty.
