Send me your cheesesteak knock-offs from 'round the globe and other Philly/cheesesteak-related meanderings: email@example.com
Include your name, a photo from a menu or the actual offensive sandwich, where you found the travesty (city, state, country) and a brief description/opinions of it.

Even this illustration is terribly wrong.
The Steak: That looks like a T-bone. Unless I’m mistaken, the cuts of beef used in cheesesteaks are thinly-cut ribeye or top round. This doesn’t look like that kind of cut at all.
The Cheese: The holes in that cheeses tell me it’s either cheddar or a really yellow swiss. Neither of those cheeses are acceptable. These are: American, provolone and Cheese Whiz. That’s all.
Also, it’s just a “cheesesteak.” Philly is implied, but you can leave it if you really insist. Just know that it’s never two words. It’s one. Try again.

For those that don’t know what I look like, this is how you may picture me. However, I’m not a chick and the cheesesteak I’d be seen with, would be way better looking.
This one was tipped off to me by my friend Anna. Check out her blog, ShmittenKitten.com, “a blog about dating for people who would probably never read a blog about dating.”
