These are not claiming to be Philadelphian, but they’re not really that great either.
I think I’ve given Texadelphia the okay before, since they’re not using the name of Philadelphia in vain and are clearly trying to pay homage to both Philly and TX and serving up unique sandwiches. I am okay with this. Not sure how great or not great they are, since I’ve sadly never been to Austin.
